We will work with you to accept any item that does not meet your satisfaction.
In the event the product has been opened and was found to be defective, was received damaged or arrived
in an otherwise unsatisfactory manner you can return your item for a full refund.
If you received an item and found that it was not what you wanted, be it color, size or otherwise, the item is
returnable if the item is unopened, in its original container.
In this instance, we will accept the item, subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Returns from Alaska, and Hawaii will be accepted, but the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. No returns will be accepted from Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses.
Damaged, defective, missing or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days.

A representative will assist you with obtaining a Return Authorization and guide you through the return process.
Once a return label has been sent, it is only valid for thirty days, after which time the label becomes void.
We do not accept returns on any perishable items, including water.
**Please remember that all items must be returned in their original packaging.
